Easy and simple to use
Skype as we all know is the age old app with humble beginnings. Teams is more advanced and has many more options but if simplicity is key then Skype is the one to go with.

When comparing pervious versions Skype improved a lot. Now the call quality and functionality are in a great level. Once compared to other apps Skype having a ton of features. Keep it up.

Issues
There afe some small issues. When I receive a voice message, I am unable to hear it at the first time. I shiuld reopen the chat in order to hear it. Heats up so quickly during calls. Lags in muting/ unmuting and video buttons while someones screen is shared in a call. Calls between just 2 are not shown in the app to join if it is apready answered using any of my other devices. Other than these, overall, skype is one of the besf apps for communication specially for companies and official stuff.
