Skype Reviews

Great communication

Works really well on my iPhone. Not so much on my laptop or iPads.

Captcha got me good! You have to seat a man on a row of seats, there’s 9 stages so it takes a while each time. Only issue is, it’s random and it occasionally gives you an impossible option. So you have no choice but to go through it again and hope you’re given a random sequence that isn’t impossible to solve. Needless to say, I’ve been at it for quite some time and must have gone through the sequence 10 times or more. Throughly p*ssed off now and I’ve given up! Used Skype before and found it useful. Today three is down and I need to make an important call, so I was prepared to spend £10 to make calls. Oh well, Microsoft’s loss I suppose. I wonder how many people tried today and failed because Microsoft’s software engineers are incompetent?!

So fabulous to always be able to call internationally cheaply

I’ve used Skype for so many years. It’s always reliable and easy to use.

Great messaging and calling app

It's cross-platform, great for messaging, and the audio and video call quality is really good. Also has Copilot included now, for AI stuff including searches and generating images. A lot more useful than I was expecting!

It used to be a great App but it’s become a good App

Some of the functionalities of the previous app were gone. Can somebody tell why, Microsoft had to cancel some of the app’s functionality and come up with such a bad app layout/interface?

Great tool
