Doesn’t sync with desktop
The messages and calls do not appear in both chat logs. The phone app and desktop should be in sync, so this app feels very broken. Please fix this asap.

I’m unable to use this app for work as I get an error message about trouble connecting to server. I’ve tried uninstall and reinstall to no avail.
Was very useful until the latest update. All push notifications simply say “New message”. This is pointless since it does not tell me who sent the message nor what the message was. Who would want to open every notification in the app to find out who sent it and what they said????
Great integration with iPhone (iPhone 11 on iOS 14). Features/ functionality identical to via my work laptop. Overall _much_ enhanced over ‘simultaneous ring’. Won’t go without the app again.
This is no longer working, as I think there has been a server update.
C’mon Microsoft, not like you don’t have the resources! Icons are rendering incorrectly, for example. It’s also be nice if I wasn’t kicked off a call when transitioning from wifi to cellular. WebEx can manage it. ;-)
Not sure why but if I'm not constantly interacting with it, it logs out.
You can present documents but cant find any screen sharing option? Please advise or fix.
The app always freezes on sign in screen and takes numerous attempts to sign in. Signs itself out every few minutes. I am using iPhone 7.
Very good for school but sometimes it just crashes but who cares
