Anyone can use the Skype for Business for iOS app when invited to a Skype for Business or Lync 2013 meeting. However, you must have a Skype for Business or Lync account in order to use (and enjoy) the full capability of the Skype for Business app. Also, some functionality might require an update to Lync or Skype for Business Server or might not be available to all users. If you’re not sure about your account status, please contact your IT department.

There are no words for how bad this app is. Doesn’t remember advanced login settings, prompts for retyping all login credentials even when there’s no password change. Crashes on startup multiple times and sometimes simply “encounters an error” and just doesn’t work.

Worst of the worst

life is too short to use skype on

There is no such thing as sync over multiple devices. Fix it! We are not in the 90’s anymore!

Very unreliable

Constant problems under ios - issues with joining meetings, breaking connections. Better under Win 10 but far from perfect.

Overall a very useful app as it permits to join con calls on the mobile. The main drawback is Handling of the notifications and incoming calls (sometimes you get them, mostly not)

Occasionally the connection crashes without reason. Pretty annoying but when it works - all is really great. Quality of sound astonishing!
