SleepScore

First it seemed like a really good app. But for example for last night it said I didn’t fall asleep for 3 hours… I would know it if it was true. I try to make my sleep more restful, but like this it won’t help me. How can I trust this up about other datas, if it’s incorrect about the length of my sleep?

It’s very professional looking and have lots of data but that does not really help, and in fact makes it even more misleading.

I watched the video and did everything like I was supposed to. I slept for 7+ hours and it said I only slept for 1 he and 26 min which is not accurate.

Terrific app, but it’s extremely inconvenient that the only way to contact their support is via a form that does not except Gmail, yahoo, or Hotmail email addresses and requires me to allow SleepScore to store and process my personal data in order to complete the contact form.

Stick to the free version. Don’t waste your money on a paid subscription. I signed up for a free trial but was charged immediately. The premium features don’t work on the phone I was intending to use them on (error messages). And on the other phone it keeps telling me it will email me a report in 5 minutes but it never sends it. I tried getting a refund but Apple told me it doesn’t meet the eligibility requirements for a refund. I tried to contact them directly but their form doesn’t accept Gmail addresses. Ridiculous. Free works fine. Paid is a rip off.

Just upgraded to a 16 and it is no longer accurate. You can't get support unless you use the apple mail app ( which I don't ). And you can't request support from their website if you have a Gmail or iCloud address which is all I've got. So their support may be great but I can't use it or contact them in any way. Loved app, just can't use it and the iPhone 16 I find out isn't on the supported list in fact anything over a 14 is not. Is there anything I can try to improve it ? Is there any plan to support newer devices ? Subscription cancelled.

They will charge your credit card immediately and not issue a refund

I signed up for a year of premium features, but my my account was closed by the app and the premium features taken away months before my subscription ended. Maybe this happened because I did not use the app for a few months (?) but regardless, that's unacceptable. If you take away something I already paid for, I am being robbed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE APP.
