I had tried a three day premium trial but did not have a chance to even look at the app so saw a 90 day trial and signed up. Without any communication regarding this, I was charged full price for a year-no free 90 day trial. I wrote to the app and they said because I already had a free trial, I had to pay but I could try to get a refund from Apple. Unfortunately I didn’t have the time to do this so stuck with the app which is mediocre at best. THEN, like others, was asked for MORE MONEY for premium which is what I thought I was trialling in the first place! I have learned a good lesson and need to be smarter, no question. I will be completely deleting the app in spite of paying for the year because there are better sleep apps for a better price, and with far more ethical and transparent sales. Unfortunate experience and I hope others learn from this.

I have downloaded the app and registered for the trial prior to subscribing but despite the fact that it says that I have registered I cannot use the premium features and when I click on them I get taken back to to purchase page and if I go through the process again it says I am already registered and then I get an error message say there was a problem and to try again later. Looks like a useful app but will cancel if I am unable to access the premium features during the trial period.

No longer detects when you go to sleep. If you get up, you either get no signal for the rest of the night or after 20-40-60 minutes of being back in bed. It’s about as useful as a nurse who wakes you up to give you a sleeping pill. And direct support is non existent. App support brings you to a partnership page. ABSOLUTELY USELESS

The app doesn’t log data sometimes because other apps are active and blocking it from recording, yet doesn’t alert me when I activate Sleepscore for the night. It only alerts me at the end of the night that it hasn’t recorded any data and gives a 0 score. It alerts me when my phone isn’t plugged in so I don’t see why it can’t alert me when another app is blocking the signal. Switching apps til it’s fixed because I can’t afford to lose data nor money buying the app.

I used this app for almost a month after reading the New York Times review that rated it above the Sleep Cycle app which had been using . Sleep score estimates of time asleep consistently got my sleep time wrong by 50 percent. I followed all instructions but after 23 days and comparing results with Sleep Cycle I finally decided to drop Sleep Score . Their support was responsive but they could not help . And of course they refused to offer a refund - claiming that Apple was in charge of refunds - and they support their ‘policy’. A 7 day trial is enough for some apps, but not all . And it should be noted that the 7 day trial limitation is unique in retail . Amazon offers 30 days plus on most purchases . Most brick and mortar stores offer two weeks . Many states even have 10 day return policies for ‘ buyers remorse ‘ on cars . What’s so special about apps - that they can’t offer a refund or credit to a customer who diligently attempted for use their product past the 7 day mark , but was ultimately not a happy customer ?

Tried this out, but it kept turning the volume way up. I turned it down, the app turned it back up. I listen to books or white noise to help me sleep, and it surprised the heck out of me when it came blaring out of my phone, even after turning it down. Sounds like a good app, but completely unuseable for me.

I downloaded this app to try it during the free trial period. I didn’t like it and I didn’t use it after that. I saw SleepScore charge in my credit card bill and I realized that they have charged me for one year subscription. I tried to contact them but nobody even bothered to reply to my email.

Nice to wake up to BUT the screen gets super bright and white when you stop the alarm. Hurts my eyes. Plz change this

Garbage app. Doesn’t log data or provide a reason when it doesn’t. Total money grab - steer clear and spend the money on an actual sleep tracker. So disappointing, and a waste of your time to even try.

1. Emits noise from microphone. Not normal. Read their replies to other reviewers and tried that. Doesn’t work. 2. Buggy. 3. Extremely intrusive privacy policy. They seem to be in the business of data harvesting, not to provide good sleep tracking app.
