App would not let me input my birthday and does not track sleep tried it and it said 0 when my watch said 92

Was using this app for a few weeks, but now each time I try to retrieve my sleep report decides to dump me out. What a shame!

Could be really good but can’t find out because it won’t sign me up with social media accounts at all and it also whenever I chose sign up with email the @ sign won’t work.

I like the app so far and I think it’s using some great tech to help people get a handle on what’s wrong (or right) with their sleep. But something like 10+ notifications a day, half of which are ads, I’d rather have just paid a flat fee for the app and been done with it. The iOS-wide number of banner notes I see has more than quadrupled since I installed this. Some of them are useful but it’s hard not to ignore them all, it’s just like a spam attack.

Having tried other sleep apps. I'm really very impressed with Sleep score and would have no hesitation in recommending it!

I have upgraded to premium but every time I try to access the data it asks me to upgrade to premium and won’t show me the data. I’ve tried reinstalling but it just seems broken, will be cancelling and deleting.

The last three nights my app has either not run or paused for the bulk of the night. I have turned Bluetooth off and always close all other apps before bed. Why does it keep doing this please?!?

hello i’d like to start with saying, i’m doing everything correct plugging my phone in at night and then i slowly drift off to sleep around 20 minutes later. The time i’m sleeping is probably 1:30 AM to 11:45 AM, when i hold it down after tracking my sleep it always says less then i have slept so around an hour 41 minutes and around 3 hours as my time in bed. this is incorrect clearly and it’s happened 3 nights now. I don’t know if this is for anyone else or just for me, but i’m doing everything right from putting it on my nightstand at the correct position and such. so pls fix this and i might consider re-downloading

Interesting concept but not accurate. For example, i knew i had lain awake for the last hour before the alarm went off but Sleepscore believed I had been in different stages of sleep. Therefore, I can’t trust any of the other information it gathers to be correct either

This app makes the same mistake as so many health apps. It's too complicated. I can't find any useful information in the results...most often, I can't even find the results!
