placed an order on my computer. was given a qr code to download the slice app and track my order. downloaded the app, made an account. can’t find the order anywhere cause it wasn’t placed directly in the app. nowhere to search for my order by #. even basic apps can save orders to an account so they can be viewed across devices.

Terrible app, paid through the app and payment was never Recievers by the store. Then the app charged me again for the pizza.

Love everything about it

I ordered several food from Wise Guy from Clifton, Nj, using this application and they sent me a greek salad without the kitchen. I paid already $16 for the salad and it just came plain. I text slice, and they just came back with the answer that they were pretty sure the order was completed perfectly. I sent them a picture and they answered I have to wait a answer in 24 hours. It really disappoint me and stop me from using this application a buying again from Wise Guy. They keep the money and I can not complaint.

Easy to use inconvenient

This is literally the worst food delivery app ever. They have a pizzeria who consistently delivers orders at the wrong time and all they can do is apologize. There is no customer service or caring for the customer. They could not care less about solving the problem. Go elsewhere if you want pizza, there are plenty of other places to order from. After I posted this initial review, the developer of the app reached out to me because now that they have a bad review, they are actually concerned. They are still telling me there’s nothing they can do to solve this problem, other than apologize. Ridiculous. They are more concerned about their image than they are about helping customers. This food delivery app clearly does not care about its customers. It delivered my order an hour and a half early, so I had to serve my guests cold food. They refused to have the pizzeria pick it up and return at the correct time. They told me there was nothing else that they could do, because we accepted the food since the delivery guy handed it to my child. they shouldn’t even be giving orders to children. Now that they have a bad review for me, they are worried. They had the nerve to offer me a five dollar credit from a pizzeria that I will never use again because they have done this to us repeatedly, and no one has tried to solve the problem. Slice is more concerned about reviews than customers.

This app was easy to use at first but then realized they were charging me almost double the price then if I were to call in and place the order. Will not be using this app any longer.

I’ve done the same process and followed up thrice. After they requested screenshots of the process the feedback center said they’d deleted the info. My info and account still exist. My information is NOT for sale!
