The SMART Health Card Verifier app allows you to scan a SMART Health Card QR code to quickly verify an individual’s COVID-19 test or vaccination credential. Scanning a SMART Health Card QR code:
• Verifies whether the SMART Health Card is valid (i.e., not tampered with)
• Confirms the SMART Health Card was issued by a participant in The CommonTrust Network’s Registry of trusted issuers
• Displays key information on the SMART Health Card (issuer name, vaccine or test type, dates of vaccine doses or test, and name and date of birth of recipient)

Businesses like bars, restaurants, schools, and live event venues can use this free app to validate SMART Health Cards upon entry.
NOTE: The Verifier app only scans SMART Health Cards. It does not scan paper CDC cards.

What is a SMART Health Card?
A SMART Health Card is a digital or printed version of your vaccination history or test results, shared through QR Codes and issued by supported states, pharmacies, and providers.

Can’t display 5 COVID vaccine shots

Ontario is encouraging 5 shots now. This Smart QR code verifier displays my vaccination history for the first 4, but ignores the 5th and most recent. Not good

Flying colours

First used to test this since other were removed by the Alberta government because of the Covid restrictions are lower or removed, their app were removed and this was found in place of the findings. It works just like other one issues by Alberta government healthcare system in similar manner. This is mainly for Canada due other reviews that stated words connected with this country. ☝️☝️👍👍👍👍🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦

Quebec codes.

I downloaded the app and was able to read my QR code and my wife’s do it works for Quebec.

Works for New Brunswick

Just used it and it works. Did an internet search and it should work for nearly all Canadian provinces and territories. The one remaining exception is Prince Edward Island.

Doesn’t work

I got the app, try to open it and it doesn’t and there is not another option.

Does not work offline

Smart Health Card can be verified offline. However, this application requires internet connection.
