Smart Tasks - Lists Made Easy

Have tried and tested a substantial number of reminder and task management applications for Mac OS and iPad IOS - and this is the very best - keeps the categories simple - and the colour coding is an excellent way to motivate to get the task done - Colours are soothing - plus psychologically we are visual - and this design brilliantly engages our natural instincts - Big thank you shout out to the Developers because I purchased the app on my Mac - and paid for it - and no extra cost to install on my iPad - Thank you Thank you Thank you - Bravo - also the design of the Settings & how to customize the application is very intuitive enabling very quick learning curve - Shauna (Network & Cloud Integrator)

I had trouble with deadlines especially as a university student. But being able to see all my tasks in a widget is super convenient and it’s impossible to miss. Even without the full version this app is the most useful one on my iPhone.

Tried to contact the developer couple of times and there was no response. I don’t like products that come with poor customer support.

Awesome app!

I thought I loved this app, it seemed to have everything I wanted, until I tried to sync it to my phone, then I discovered I needed to subscribe for that. (Which isn’t in my budget).

There is no app that makes the task creation process as quick and easy. As a university with a lot of homework I often forget what needs to be done when. The “Next Seven Days” feature is a life saver when it come to this. I cannot vouch enough for how easy and effective it is. Initially I used Apple’s stock reminders app but it lacked organization because reminders would not be associated with a specific date, or more simply a specific day of the week, like with Smart Tasks. I can make a new task on the correct date in less than 10 seconds. This is likely enabled by the responsive and intuitively designed user interface. This app is everything a task making app should be. I also love the widgets, I currently have two on my Home Screen that display today’s tasks, and tomorrow’s tasks. I can click the widget and quickly enter the app to add a new task. The task managing process is truly beautiful, it is evident that it has been carefully thought out to be as efficient as possible. I am very happy with this app.

Simple clean perfect for a procrastinating ADHD busy mother

I was tyring to sign up for the yearly subscription; I was originally offered $12.99 for one year, but when I went to purchase, it was $22,99 for the year. I was going to buy a yearly subscription, but now I do not think I will go through with it due to the unforseen price hike.
