I’m located in Latvia and mobile application just cannot connect to the Internet. It’s not possible to enter into the account so my vacuum cleaner now just a brick Update. Looks like the cause issue is that internet providers in Latvia are blocking smarthome servers IPs. With VPN all is functional.

It won’t let me log in because “i have a unstable connection to internet” while other apps are operating with ease. If my internet really is slower, why can’t you just make me wait for a bit longer? Now i can’t log into my account and it is very frustrating…Bad

This app has had issues from the beginning, and the latest update has only made things worse. Now, it won’t allow device sharing, claiming that the regions for both accounts don’t match—even though they do. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with these kinds of bugs, especially for such basic functionality. Overall, this app is poorly designed and unreliable. Not recommended until major improvements are made.

Connected to home wi-fi app fails to work. Trying the 5g still nothing. Server failure, “unstable connection try network or other wi-fi”. Nonsence. All other gadgets connected. Please assist on the error.

Cannnot get into the app, manage my irobot because it refuses to connect to wifi/mobile data. All of the sudden server request is failed all the time. :) None of the offered solutions worked!

After updating the card of the House is missing, synchronization with the robot does not happen, edit the card cannot be, card is not clear, fix errors !!! iOS 17.5.1

I'm using Midea Heat pump (Water-Heat) with app: 1) You cannot look at list of scheduled activities - you can only check them one by one using edit button; 2) You cannot export electricity consumption data; 3) If error message comes up in heating device, it does not show up as notification on phone - you see the error message only through going into the app; 4) It is not possible to add heat pump data to widget; 5) Overall, app is not well scaled for iPhone screen (e.g. back button, three dot button is to far up)

The app might be ok, however the Midea S8 robot keeps constantly braking down. The maps keeps turnig 45 degrees for no reason. And i am not talking about all other Buggs that have happended from the 1st day of instalation…
