Works but…
Is great with my heat pump. BUT why can’t I use it on my multiple devices with out each one needing to have its own account ? (then use sharing between accounts)

When I read the reviews and how dissatisfied people are Ive chosen not to add my Dishwasher to the app for fear the dishwasher will not work. Nothing worse than an unproven app.
App needs work
The app when ever I start my vacuum it jumps from chartering to cleaning and it keeps glitching like that
Absolute rubbish
Have been forced to change from the old smart app and this doesn’t function well. Before I liked Midea brand but now I have told many friends and family not to purchase the appliances because the app is so bad. Luckily they have all chosen other brands but I am stuck with mine.
S8 vacuum
I think the vacuum itself is pretty good but the app running it not so much. It randomly losses saved maps along with virtual walls. The self emptying sometimes works and sometimes doesn't and the time for the scheduled cleaning doesn’t work
Great App
Easy to use
Phone app not giving any model to add
Call SD in Singapore who cannot help and ask to call New Zealand Call centre but no call centre in New Zealand Getting an error message in chinese when try to add device. It does not search any device
Slower than original midea app
Finally upgraded app because I was sick of getting the upgrade message. Wished I hadn’t, it takes ages to load, doesn’t register when I push the power on button
Dosent reset clean filter when you do
The rest filters prompts don’t go away, and there seems to be no way to reset.
App for aircon
There is no problem with heat pump. But the app is really hopeless. Company really need to work on the app.
