- Location: Detect home WLAN network information to add device. Check your location to automate actions when location changes. Search for local weather information in "Scene" function.
- Camera: Scan QR codes to add device. Upload photo to report a repair or feedback.

I’m still new to the MSmartHome having had 2 air con units installed 7 days ago. Had a query with the app on my iPhone so sent a feedback message yesterday (evening). Within 10 minutes I had a response and an answer to my query. Problem solved. Cannot fault the support 5/5. Instead of clients having to enter a password have you considered clients using ‘touch’ instead? Additional security. 15/06/2023. Do you have an email address?
Have to re-link to Alexa daily
It's good but I have to keep relinking it with Alexa. This just started happening two weeks ago
Unbelievable
Unbelievable that still after a year of so many bad reviews there are still issues with this app. You are not able to use your devices through the app at all. This has to be fixed! The devices are great but the service this app provides is 0. I spent nearly 3h to try and fix it so i can use the device through the app like see the life battery, change suction or water power of the vacuum robot. Tried to delete and relog. NOTHING WORKS!!
Simple App
Excellent simple to use App to operate the air conditioner on behalf of my elderly mother. Saves me a visit if she forgets how to work the remote control!
Functional very practical
Iv started useing the app more than the remote controls which has finer control of things like fan speed. One request would it be a consumption timeline graph in the Eco dashboard so you can see when there are spikes during the day. We brought these units for heating only to discover some features do not working in heating mode such as Breezeless/Eco gear more which was the main reason we choose them, Would be nice to know what the AI does and how it helps, can’t find any info. Other than that we are impressed by the units Mike
