- View or scan your mobile train tickets (no internet connection needed).
- Download a PDF version of your ticket via the "My tickets" tab if needed.
- Exchange your train tickets at our Contact Centre using the "click-to-call" function in the “My tickets” tab (open 7 days a week).

Frustrating
My DB app showed that my train from Amsterdam to Paris was direct and gave no further information when I clicked on the journey, so I took an early train from Rotterdam to Amsterdam and then got on the train...lo and behold we stop at Rotterdam Centraal two hours after I left it. Frustrating and unnecessary to say the least!

O étoiles pour les retards des trains. Je ne parviens JAMAIS à rentrer chez moi parce que le train Bruxelles-ottignies arrive TOUJOURS en retard à ottignies et mon train direction Ligny n'attend jamais quelques minutes de plus. Comment je fais si il y'a qu'un train par heure ?

Perhaps in 2024 we need a better app

De app is handig om ticket terug te vinden en zoek opdrachten op de voor pagina te hebben. Heel handig dat er al een app van bestaat! De app is wel toe aan opfrissing en wel iets wat mooier design. Sommige dingen kunnen zoals de nieuwe nmbs app beter aangepakt worden. De app is niet volledig functioneel via mobiel. Het lijkt alsof je op een website aan het kijken bent met inzoomen of uitzoomen. W

Ok en usage normal. Parfois lenteurs constatées (usage avec iPhone 13 Pro Max). Certainement des améliorations à apporter, n hésitez pas à transmettre les bugs et autres input nécessaire au fonctionnement lisse de l’app.

The good news is that the login dialog now works. The bad news is that a successful login… does not actually log you in. Sigh. Someone please write a real app?
