- Book tickets for Thalys, Eurostar, TGV, ICE and IC trains.
- With your mobile train ticket, you can travel to thousands of European destinations such as London, Paris, Amsterdam and Cologne.
- Secure payment by credit card and with the Bancontact app.
YOUR MOBILE TICKET
- Get your mobile train tickets sent straight to your smartphone in barcode form.
- View or scan your mobile train tickets (no internet connection needed).
- Download a PDF version of your ticket via the "My tickets" tab if needed.
- Exchange your train tickets at our Contact Centre using the "click-to-call" function in the “My tickets” tab (open 7 days a week).

Really simple and strait forward
It does what it has to do. Simple. Efficient.
Impossible change billets without belgium phone
The only way to change is calling with a belgium phone number. In the station you must buy the complete travel again if you must travel, possibilities of change in person is also impossible. It's a bad service for clients!!

Cannot manage your booking
What is the point of having an app if to cancel your tickets you need to call a telephone number? Btw, calling the phone is a real rip off -- minimum of 30cents per minute within Belgium... Also, it cannot be any less user friendly.
