App werkt helemaal niet er wordt geen verificatie mail gestuurd. En mijn inloggegevens worden niet herkend. Bij my train via de site gaat alles wel goed

Niet zo handing in Nederland
Door dat de tickets in de app zitten denk hij aan de poortjes in Nederland om een kaart uit de wallet te nemen waardoor je niet je ticket kan scannen hou hier rekening mee als je naar Nederland gaat zorg ervoor dat je wallet dan leeg is van bankkaarten zodat je wel zonder problemen door de poortjes kan
Connexion impossible
L’app demande sans cesse de s’identifier, même après avoir encodé login et mot de passe exacts, acceptés sur le site.
Nul et archaïque !
Look désuet Retaper les coordonnées de ma Carte bancaire à chaque achat plus les infos de validité Devoir lancer Itsme manuellement … Mais qui a osé développer un torchon pareil ? Et on paie !!!

App laide et compliquée. Les français font tellement mieux d’un point de vue esthétique et ergonomique
Mise à jour
Cette nouvelle version est nettement meilleure. Il reste cependant encore un peu de travail à faire sur l'ergonomie. La SNCB, faites-vous suffisamment de tests avant de lâcher le bébé ? Remarque : les captures d'écrans donnés exemple correspondent à l'ancienne version. Cela fait tout de même un peu désordre pour une institution comme la vôtre...

What about tablets?
Geen schermvullende versie voor tablets. In 2024 verwacht ik wel een beetje meer. Over gebruiksgemak kan ik nog geen oordeel vellen. Look en feel ziet er hetzelfde uit als we gewoon zijn van nmbs. Dat wil zeggen: oubollig en meestal nodeloos complex. Ik ben benieuwd.
Inutilisable sur iPhone sur les portiques SNCF
Impossible d’ajouter les billets a l’app cartes d’Apple. Or celle ci démarre automatiquement quand on approche un iPhone d’un portique SNCF. Donc impossible d’utiliser son billet sur iPhone quand on voyage sur des trains français avec des billets achetés chez sncb international
