Desagradable Atención al Cliente
Tristemente aunque la empresa y el servicio sea muy bueno, la atención al cliente que dan en los Sonders es mediocre. En mi experiencia, aunque planee y reservé con tiempo, las señoritas de la recepción en Sonder Las Alas, me recibieron con soberbia. Qué desagradable.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience with Sonder, 4 hours in checking because of the “security team’s” errors. They had people in the lobby but they were completely unable to help.
