What a piece of garbage

I wish it wouldn’t log you out periodically and I wish it used faceid to log you back in. I also wish it would allow you to book lots of single tickets at once.

The app accurately reflects the train service.

The app only lets you use it for free it you give it 5 stars first!!! Hmmmm

The app is so ridiculously slow. It doesn’t work. Every page you’re on needs to load at least a minute or 2. I just bought a ticket and it is nowhere to be found no matter how many times I reload the page. Such a useless app.

I use the app every day to get to school and it makes life so much easier. Get this app!!!!!

Comes up with “error” every time i search something

I don’t get the point of this app. I thought I would be able to add a ticket to my phone wallet but no. Silly me. Instead of buying my tickets from the nice man at the station I have to queue at the ticket machine instead, input a whole bunch of numbers, put my card in the machine……and then get my tickets printed..!!! What a pointless waste of time.

The worst app I’ve ever come across to book a train ticket, gave up. SWR- you should get a full refund from the app developer and sack whoever signed the thing off and let it go live, a complete waste of time.
