Booking

I went through a whole desaturated for my last booking. I purchased a ticket on Christmas Day, but I paid with Apple Pay. It took the money out my account,but give me my booking. I had to wait days to get my refund, rebooked and pay more than the original price I paid for in the beginning. This is the first bad experience I’ve ever had trying to book a flight.

Assistance

While visiting our grandchildren in the great northwest my wife and contracted the flu. The service we both received was excellent for both of us with wheelchairs.

Pre approved

I have been TSA pre approved for years, why has this been taken away from me and the only answer I get is that it is random now whether or not you get TSA pre approved on your boarding pass. What is going on and why have I paid for something that I am not getting????

While attempting to book flights, the app often does not work causing loss of availability

I wish they would become Southwest to Southeast!!!!

Breaks up families

Does not let families and loved ones sit together by forcing you to board at different times. No other airline in the world does this. Will never be flying again.
