Find the details you need quickly: Flight Number, Confirmation Number, Boarding Time, Tier Status, and TSA Pre-Check. Don’t forget to add your Mobile Boarding Passes to Apple Wallet!

Travel Funds
You can now use flight credits, Southwest LUV Vouchers, and gift cards when changing your flight in the app. Your unused Southwest® flight credit(s) will show in ‘My Account’, within ‘travel funds’ section.
Inflight Entertainment
Use the app to take you to our Inflight Entertainment Portal1 where you can watch free live TV2, listen to free music from iHeartRadio2, access free on-demand TV episodes, and view free movies.

The Southwest App
Easy to use intuitive and a breeze
Can’t log in easily or enter non-US credit card
As the title says. Its hard to use, doesn’t fit neatly onto Iphone 13 screen; web app always hard to log into. Need to practice from a non-US phone.
Boarding pass
Fantastic and quick
Useful App but…
It’s a very useful app and quite intuitive, however, the number of updates can be a bit annoying. The app will continue to work for flight check-in/status/etc if it isn’t updated but if you don’t check for updates prior to your flight tou can’t use the onboard entertainment. There has been multiple occasions where the onboard entertainment worked on the outbound flight but didn’t on the return flight a few days later because an update was needed and you had no notification.
Great
I live in UK and for some reason never downloaded. Confirm its now super easy to check in, see next flight, book, and gain the points. So converted. Works well.
Cancelled flight
Staff are great but compensation for cancelled flights is absolutely appalling!
