Terrible service
At first everything is cool until the registration process begins for which you need to pay, but then okay, but when you’ve already paid, it tells you that your country’s license is not suitable, namely a Ukrainian driver’s license, a Ukrainian driver’s license is not confirmed in this service, but for that they allow citizens of the country that started the war to register, this is terrible, and this is not the first, the most important thing is that if you indicate a card that has no money on it and try to pay for this registration, then it will not be able to be written off and will show an error, and when you top up account, you'll want more, as soon as you try to pay, you won't be able to do it, no matter how much they didn't think it through and that's it, then you decide to deactivate your account to create it again and try to pay again, but here's a surprise when you delete your account, they will take and write off this money, I have no other way to contact them except by calling, and calling me is problematic since it is more convenient for me to write due to the fact that I use a translator, in general this message is also written through a translator, so I apologize in advance for any mistakes.
You have to pay for registration before you know if you can use app
I was surprised pretty bad when this “great” tool takes 5 Euro for registration and only then it is possible to be informed that they cannot register you if you have Ukrainian driver license. And they already got your money. And cannot use their cars. Brilliant! Why don’t allow users know if they can actually use your app before taking the money? There are no such issues with CityBee for example. You can drive with your Ukrainian license freely there. The Bolt drive is better too. They don’t allow to use Ukrainian driver license but they don’t take any money before informing you regarding this.

Сначала регестрируешься - списывают деньги - а только потом проверяют информацию и отказывают. Деньги вернули - но нервов и времени ушло много. Дно полное. Худший каршеринг

Ukrainian driver licence not allowed in that application . Before I was registry in Vienna , application ELOOP with Tesla cars and they allowed to use their application and my driver licence was okay for them .
Ukrainian phone number allowed but not support UA Driving Licence
When registering, the country was Ukraine, my phone number from Ukraine is allowed, SMS verification was sent, everything is correct. Then they asked to attach a card and the transaction was 0 euros purely in order to check the card. The next mandatory step was to add driving licence, but there was a catch, Ukraine was no longer in the list of countries, although it was at the time of registration. After that, 25 euros were debited from my card, and I can neither complete the registration in the application and enjoy it, nor return the money. Basically just a trap.

Это мошенники. Не имейте с ними дело. Списывают деньги с карточки еще до момента регистрации, а потом выяснится, что ваши права водителя не подходят приложению ьак как они иностранные. Почему вы тогда не предупредив меня об этом списали 50 $ ??? Возврат делать не хотят на почту не отвечают. По тел говорят пишите письма, мощеники!!! Позор app store такое добавлять

Lots of hidden fees, rude staff. Will never use this service again and don’t recommend to anyone.
Ukrainian driving license not allowed
You cannot select Ukrainian driving license in the app, however it’s EU standardized. Support says you can drive only with EU driving license, which is a nonsense.
Poor service
Charged money for the registration, however doesn’t support Ukrainian driver license, however in fact registration wasn’t complete.
