Slechte ervaring ooit
Auto’s die bij de luchthaven stonden waren met heel weinig kilometers op de battery, moest ik twee keer stoppen om te opladen. Geen goede support van medewerkers en heel dure prijs, dus nooit meer.

Nu support provided
I paid the verification fee before proceeding to verify my documents.. that doesn’t really make sense. The system they use to take pics of your driver license doesn’t work properly. I tried multiple times in different lights and I can never get past the selfie step. I called and they weren’t helpful. Said I was the only one to complain about the faulty system and they won’t check for errors.. sure but then give me my money back.. no - couldn’t do that either.. excellent service :)
