SPARK car sharing

After they approved my license and payment was done they are telling me ops you don’t have any one year experience to rent our car . It’s like I’m going to be their employee not a customer.

At the beginning a short trip for about 20 minutes and 5-6 km was OK at a 15-18 RON price. Now, the same trip got me up to 48 RON which is very much. I’m better of with an Uber/Bolt fare which is much lower in price and you also have a driver.

Worst rental car app I’ve ever used, unlock fee, stayionary fee, parking fee, for real? Just include them in price/km. Also, if you get an error while LOCKING the car, they will keep charging your card so take care not to wake up to a 200€ charge bill. Scam app, avoid at all costs

Nu știe de fast charger in 2023 ... firma Spark acoate cablul din mașini iar pentru Zoe sunt putine locuri cu cablu. Cica trebuie sa-i suni pentru cablu. Eu am renunat la Spark pentru ca sunt neserioși si va CityLink! P.S. Operatorul de la call center mai are si tupeul sa intrebe de ce nu am citit Tos-ul.... no comment!

Serviciul este unul foarte ajutator cand ai nevoie, mai ales pentru cei ce nu au masina dar au nevoie sa ajunga repede undeva. Insa ii lipsesc niste anunturi in prealabil. Desi scrie in regulament and all, ar fi dragut daca ar aparea si pe ecran ca un pop up, de exemplu, faptul ca daca ai sub 26 de ani, nu poti merge intre orele 00-06. It kinda beats the purpose of the service. Dar overall great experience

Good cars bad customer service. They don't treat you as a client / user, but as someone that they can blame for the state the previous person has left the vehicle, before. I will change my review, when you will start calling a user and ask him why did he lock back a vehicle without using it. Because I will not waste 10 - 15 minutes, to report car issues with a certain vehicle, just so I don't get blamed for the state of the said vehicle

Has a lot of cars, most of them are always charged and have enough autonomy for travels in the city. However, they have too many restrictions, some of which are stupid and unnecessary, like the 24-06AM restriction for those under the age of 26. I’m trying to commute when there’s no bus! Could also do something about the app to be more user friendly. I would also suggest a new feature of “feedback about the car” before booking one. I’d like to know if the car has a missing rearview mirror or who knows what before I actually walk to the car. LE: Took back 2 more stars because the customer support is horrible, not helpful and trying to avoid to answer simple questions. Also, the speed limit system is broken, having the limit of 30km/h on all roads in or outside the city.
