Good aspects are built in AI, chat function among team environment and allocating mails to other team members Bad Aspects, app upgrade literally every second day. Large file email will be stuck or delivered multiple times. Recently read emails are converted to in read email. Please fix these issues soon.
The new Sparkmail represents a major upgrade from the previous version. Its attention to workflow is fantastic. Its now my fave mail app. If you dont want to spend the USD360 pa for Superhuman, then Sparkmail premium is for you, a snip at just USD60 per year.
Why is Spark now displaying a grey background? Whenever I refresh the app, it goes back to normal, but when I open it again a while later, a grey background is displayed. Please can this problem be sorted.
used to be amazing BEFORE it keeps asking you to upgrade to a subscription for premium features, annoying as hell
Love this company - Readdle - love their products, especiallyu Spark email. Also love and admire their country - Ukraine.
Would like to give them the benefit of doubt, but recent ‘improvements’ that are all paid now mean I’m getting inundated with spam emails that I never used too. If this is some move to make the free functionality useless then what a shame! App was good, now just expect sooooo much spam that it used to deal with effectively!
STOP the animations and feature tutorials that stop one from being productive. Nothing but pop up spam for your own premium features - and an intro that try’s to trick you into subscription. Can’t even use my inbox at moment because of some pop up animation with no X to close it. Spark Was a good run while it lasted, but first impressions with this update are a nightmare to productivity and my switch elsewhere seems essential right now. Literally had to install a new mail app so I could send/receive emails. Fundamental fail - tried to be too clever but overcooked it. Only download this app if you like to watch animations, tutorials and the like.
I am becoming very frustrated with the latest version as emails hang up in the outbox. It’s impossible to get a quick reply done as it just sits there and then I get constant notifications that the email has not been sent
I don’t know who’s idea this was - but this latest update is a shambles
Subscription model without allowing me to remove the “sent by spark” mark? Uninstalled immediately.
