Please please please fix the extremely annoying usability bug with saving emails to Evernote on the Apple iPhone. It forgets the notebook previously selected which means you have to scroll down the list to re-find and select the notebook on every single email. This bug has been outstanding for a year and I have raised it but it has not been resolved. Thank you in advance.

The likes this super fast imap, accurate auto categorisation of email. My office 365 apps failed loading on the Mac OS. Apple mail is crappy because it doesn’t auto categorise - wonder why they can’t with all their claims of Apple AI. Had to try other software. Liked Spark and its integrations.

I noticed that file compression has now became a paid feature after using this app for several years I am extremely disappointed in the greediness displayed over the years. This issue alone to me has caused me a large inconvenience and it is a make or break when choosing an email app and means I will have to delete this. Unfortunately, this is enough for it to be a 1 star rating. If this changes back to free I’ll reconsider updating my review.

An update wiped out all the stored passwords for my email accounts. When I reported this they deliberately misinterpreted what I’d said and tried to blame my email provider. Ignoring the fact that an update that wipes out stored passwords without a very big and clear warning that’s what it’s going to do is unacceptable in this day and age.

This is crazy - I have just downloaded this app and have used it for less than a day and it’s already permanently deleted emails from my iCloud without me actioning any deletion. I have googled and checked and it seems to have happened to other users. I cannot find the emails anywhere. Those concerned were very very important emails from a lawyer about an ongoing case and it deleted the whole thread. They are nowhere to be found. This is insane and I am completely panicked. I have tried to reach out to their support team but have not heard back. This is simply crazy.

Easily the best mail app. So usable, flexible and functional. Connections with other services are great too. Please sort out the handling of folders and it will be perfect!

I never had any issues with this app, and I really enjoyed it as a general email app. But a few days ago it started to act up: I can’t send emails anymore with no apparent reason they will stay in the Outgoing email folder. It can’t sync all emails, has issues updating them and won’t show me certain emails (every third email is just “Sync messages error”. I can’t use it anymore - whatever update there was, it totally screwed up my experience

Had an issue with Spark Premium but the Spark Team sorted everything out. Great service.

I’ve been using Spark in one form or another for years (mainly because the EWS access bypassed my earlier company’s restrictions- cough). I’ve taken advantage of the Black Friday discount and gone pro and, after enabling “AI” summaries of email, am blown away. Because I’m old, I revert a lot of the funky features to old-school - because that’s what I’m used to - but that bullet point summary of an email is an absolute game changer. Well done.
