I’m on WiFi it tells me no network but I use Facebook, Instagram and all got internet and all but this app always 24/7 tells me no network.

Not showing GB left
Please improve the application. Everytime I can't see my GB leftover.
Bugs
There must be bugs in the application because nothing is showing up for me. No bill, no amount of GB left
Please fix the bugs!
Not able to launch menu every single time. Pleas fix this bugs!!
Downgrade
Used to be a good app but after an upgrade a while ago it just times out so can’t access anything. Not at all helpful while I’m travelling as I need to see data usage of my roaming packs.
Hasn’t worked for months
It’s been like 3-4 months now and the app still doesn’t work. Just says “sorry! The request timed out” I’m going to have to pay huge late fees because I havnt been able to check my bill for months. I don’t have the email address that is registered to that device. So the app is the only way I can see what my bill is. Very annoying and costly. Will switch providers if this continues for another month.
App unavailable.
The spark app is temporarily unavailable. Sorry for the inconvenience. How will I be able to pay for my monthly bill ? Will this charge me a fee?
Funny self-esteem your team has
The fact that you have to force people who do not care about your news to see it before they get to the reason they have the app in the first place (manage #’s) actually just shows how aware you guys actually are that this pathetic venture on trying to be something that you are not is a waste of time. Release an app that does one thing, manage funds on your #’s. Nobody cares about your other ventures.

Hi I can’t open app hasn’t open for the past two days . Saying it’s unavailable
Looks fancy, but hard to find things
Been wanting to write a poor review on this app but let it slide a few times. Its finally become enough of a nuisance to do this. Why is the billing side for mobile plans so difficult? And it seems broken? Charging me every month for a top up even when I don’t have auto top up enabled. I cant even remove the card because apparently I need to remove it from a future billing… I have an excess of $50 from this and have no idea what to do. Feels like my card is being held prisoner by this app, forever taking my money when its not needed. SOS
