Taking my money with the data turned off. Not letting me add a value pack after putting 45 bucks on to my top up balance, error messages and trouble adding cards - absolutely awful app and network support think I’m gonna have to change

The transaction was good and fast. Message centre is polite and efficient. So far, I have no complaint. Very good company to be with. Thank you for all your staffs, you are very valuable to your company.

Warning. As at 17/09/20 the Spark app does not run on iOS 14 and when attempting to open immediately crashes back to the springboard.

Loaded app onto my iPad with Spark SIM and good 4G connection, however app says it isn’t connected to the internet and trips out....rubbish and amateurish

It rarely keeps up to date with actual data used. I also called the number which gave a different figure. Frequent oops a technical issue. Nothing good to say about this app and will probably move to new provider once i have a sim as a result. It also asks for a nickname and random letters and number claimed to be taken which seems unlikely. I will change the rating to five stars to see if it is filtering poor ratings illegally with same previously failed nickname.

Difficult to use now and hard to find where things are. Terrible update

The feedback goes to a free parking website! I can't pay a bill without knowing my account number, but can make further purchases. And I have no idea what that number is because they haven't sent me any communication! I was hoping for better, but was told to expect this from spark.

I downloaded this app and have been so impressed with its functionality and ease of use. Great work telecom keep it up.

A lot more responsive than the old way of having to do it! - No major negatives that I can see :-)

All users want is an App to view their remaining data and usage, not your worthless ‘news’ and upcoming events. I understand you are trying to make money from selling our data and flooding us with advertisements that we don’t want, but how about you acknowledge we already pay for this service? Revert back to the old App, lay off staff that give stupid ideas such as these ‘updates to enhance our experience’, return to showing the data and nothing else.
