Used to be a good app but after an upgrade a while ago it just times out so can’t access anything. Not at all helpful while I’m travelling as I need to see data usage of my roaming packs.

Hasn’t worked for months

It’s been like 3-4 months now and the app still doesn’t work. Just says “sorry! The request timed out” I’m going to have to pay huge late fees because I havnt been able to check my bill for months. I don’t have the email address that is registered to that device. So the app is the only way I can see what my bill is. Very annoying and costly. Will switch providers if this continues for another month.

The fact that you have to force people who do not care about your news to see it before they get to the reason they have the app in the first place (manage #’s) actually just shows how aware you guys actually are that this pathetic venture on trying to be something that you are not is a waste of time. Release an app that does one thing, manage funds on your #’s. Nobody cares about your other ventures.

Been wanting to write a poor review on this app but let it slide a few times. Its finally become enough of a nuisance to do this. Why is the billing side for mobile plans so difficult? And it seems broken? Charging me every month for a top up even when I don’t have auto top up enabled. I cant even remove the card because apparently I need to remove it from a future billing… I have an excess of $50 from this and have no idea what to do. Feels like my card is being held prisoner by this app, forever taking my money when its not needed. SOS

The app used to work but now says “oops! Something went wrong” every time I try to top up my phone. Thought the latest update may have fixed it but no.

Keeps logging me out and won’t allow me to log back in. Always a pop error with this app.

Help messaging function is awful

Accidentally topped up the wrong account wanted to transfer funds to the other account. So decided to use the help messaging system on the app. put in my query. wait roughly 15 mins for a response. get a response. wait another 15-30min. they tell me they are going to transfer me to a different department. fine. The whole process i've been waiting from around 9am to 1:45pm. Get a banner telling me that this new department has messaged me back. Go to the app. Weird, I'm logged out even though I've been habitually accessing it all day. Log In. go to the messaging function. The whole conversation is gone.... wasted nearly 5 hours for nothing. Okay try the messaging function again. Now it won't let message. Gives me the did not send exclamation mark next to my message. Moral of the story: don't ask for help???
