Listening on my phone The PDF player is problematic, it stops on its own and does not work when you press play again, problematic When I use it on Windows, it skips words at the beginning of sentences. I can't log in with my Apple account on my Mac, so I have premium but I can't use the app. If you can solve these problems, maybe you can be a good app.
Terrible Kindle experience
I can not access the book’s content menu if “download” the Kindle version. It constantly stops reading and I have to manually resume it.
Payment process issues and inconsistency between the workers
I am a student in Turkey and literally suffer from ADHD. It is really helpful app people like me and I really wanted to buy it. But the price was extremely high for me that I can not pay in one time. First I asked whether I could pay same price divided by month. And they said it is impossible. I said okay. And then they gave me perfect discount that I can pay in one time. BUT I CANNOT OVERCOME THE ISSUE OF “Payment country method not allowed.” I am asking and no one knows or tells me why this happens. And I have been waiting for a week the issue to solve and they came to me another link that the price they offered suddenly become 2 twice of the previous price. And still I can’t pay. I am frustrated because, first it has been a week that I am waiting for solution, second they doubled the price they offered. I lost my hope that this process will end in success. So I gave up in purchasing.
