Bad customer service

There is a big lack of many important features, that their team is not aware about them and not able to fix for now! Bad costumer services, they don’t reply to emails! And finally the don’t refund your money if purchase the app on their website. Don’t go for this app unless you want to waste your time and money.

Amazing

Truly an magnificent app. I didn’t even know that I needed the conversation view in my mails.

Great app but...

Do not appreciate the data collection. Just got an email from the Spike Team acknowledging that I haven’t used Spike in a while. I do not feel comfortable with this so I’ll just use another service instead. This app is one of few where I actually wish I had read the ToS before using as you agree to share your personal data including data that can identify persons and who they are. Just bare that in mind before installing.

My first review on the App Store had to be a bad one

I had installed spike and tried it for a couple of days by connecting the different email accounts that I have. Since then I have been receiving these marketing emails that I cannot seem to shake off. I have tried unsubscribing from the emails but with no luck. I have since then decided that spike does not work for me and uninstalled the app but I continue to get these emails. In the words of the customer service it’s fixed but I received 5 emails just after the reply from the customer service. I do not need marketing emails!!!! “ We're in the process of moving into a new email automation platform, and as a part of this move, your unsubscription email might've fallen through the cracks. We truly apologize and are going to make sure this won't happen again!”

Why on earth do I have to sell my soul and login via Google. Useless crap unless you want to share every private information to Google so that they can spam you to death. Hell no !

The best App I Have used and its easy to sync seamless on various platforms. The only down-thing are that on mobile I have issues with signatures! I have set we signature but need to re-add them in every new email I’m sending

Brukar använda Spark-appen, som är alldeles utmärkt, men så fick jag nys på Spike och ville testa. Mycket nöjd! Så behagligt att kunna ha inställt så att det ser ut som mess-trådar. Avdramatiserar mejlen på något sätt. Naturligtvis kan man ha traditionell visning om man föredrar det. Förnämlig bilagehantering. Det enda jag saknar, som Spark har, är möjligheten att konvertera mejl till pdf för lagring någon annanstans. Bra och trevlig support oxå 👍🏻👌🏻🤓

Not too cool

Wanted to try this out and did, however wasn’t fond of the app and the way it handles email, although it may surely fit others it wasn’t for me. However after removing me email accounts from the app and deleting the app I noticed it had created an “spike” account for me without my knowledge and kept sending me mails (spam?) about the app and it’s functionality. Not cool. Had to re-download the app and delete my account Edit. In reply to the developers response: I did send an email a couple of days ago but haven’t received a reply (thanks for the reply here though). Beside the newsletter issue I’m also receiving emails saying my account is disconnected even though I deleted the account through the app.
