It’s good but way overpriced and now buggy.
Additional comment, the recent update in May 2024 shows a blank page when deleting an email. This also includes a relocated trash bin which is annoying. When you have the likes of Spark, Canary, Airmail and more offering great features for a reasonable annual charge there’s simply no justification for such a huge annual charge for Spike of £119.99! Make the app more affordable and you may see your rating increase.

I have a little bit of a problem with spike it is just a little confusing for this old lady I thought it was just what I needed but am having problems getting along with it any advice would be greatly appreciated thank you x

I do like speaking on this , but I feel that it’s slow in connecting to people when you message them there should be a ping notification 🔔 to the recipient. Vice versa

Used to be great
Used this app for several years with a couple of accounts set up until one day I went to use it and was greeted with a message saying that I now needed to pay to use another account. No prizes for guessing what my reaction was. Bye bye spike.
Used to be a great app before paywall
So, I used Spike for years and loved it. I had 4 different emails that I used, and it was all free up until yesterday, when 3 of my 4 accounts were logged out and I was told I couldn’t log back in unless I pay the most expensive monthly subscription to use more than 3 accounts. This is honestly such a punch in the face after years of being able to use the app for free. I refuse to now use Spike, so I’ve switched over to a different free app.
