Buggy, poor support
Facing a problem for past two years - headers in data fields disappear at random, specially customized ones. Support team has been unable to resolve, give vague responses and take their own sweet time to respond to emails. I am a paid user. This problem is very irritating. It’s been a very long time. I am running out of patience and now starting to look for alternate to Splash ID.

Managing password is easy
SplashID safe is very secure app to store all my account details and passwords. It has environment where I can save and access my details easily. Great app

Getting better everyday
Needs Improvement
It either crashes or takes long time to open in iphone 6 plus with ios 8.0.2
Buggy
Wifi sync often does not execute (its sort of random). The new version first locked my account into a read mode for a week. It did not send the activation email I needed to activate the account. Then, I lost all my records on my phone during a sync. So I tried saving my desktop splashid records to back them up before the next sync ... And the desktop program now crashes without exporting the needed file. Wow. Consistently delivering bugs. And the firm promises to secure my sensitive info in their cloud for an additional fee. I will revise this review if their products improve. Else I try another app.
