Suddenly not working
This app suddenly not working! Me unable to access to my account!
Great product splash ID
Have been using it for years. It very helpful for safe keeping of my password and information. With the sync build in, life have changed . It save me time and make me more productive. Great team keep it up.
Great way to store multiple passwords
They have been around since palm pilot days and they have sound reputation and support. Having said that, the iOS app didn't really start off great but have improved over the years. I use it on my iPhone, iPad, MacBook and windows laptop and I can't imagine a day without it. Do get the cloud sync license. It makes your life easier without having to remember so many passwords and also keep it secure.
No support for TouchID
There is no support for TouchID, now that it has been available to developers. For now, it's 4 stars.
Worse upgrade ever!!!! Avoid at all costs!!
It asked for my email n password n after I entered it says it's the wrong one but that's the one I've always been using. The update is of no help and 'm still waiting for their email reply. Can't use the app on my iPhone and iPad and reverted to older version on my Mac. Terrible! And they have the cheek to blame Apple's sand boxing. Gonna look for an alternative pronto!! Don't buy or upgrade. Update 30 Aug 2013 It still doesn't accept my password on my iPad and IPhone. They sent a generic reply to my complain email and have some links to visit to find a solution. I found nothing whatsoever about the password issue. Absolutely poor product upgrade and customer service. It's a shame coz it was a great product. Not any more though.
Yes it works
I gave it terrible review previously, but they have redeemed themselves. Yes it finally works like it's supposed to. (Would have given it a higher star rating except for all the mess up during the initial upgrade, that made me buy their competitor as a safety net)
Migrating out of SplashID
They have done it again. I was a good licensed user who paid for the app. The app upgraded without warning and now asked for reactivation and wants to charge more and disabled my app. If you are looking for something that you can trust, this is not the app as you will find endless payment required.
Nice app but expensive
It works great except it is expensive. Please make universal app.

I've been using SplashID for many years. It's very useful and the tech support is responsive and great!
