Absolutely superb. Very stable, excellent remote software. If there was a way to send MIDI messages from a MIDI keyboard attached to my iPad to the PC over Splashtop, and if there was a more compatible ASIO driver for writing music remotely, this would be the ultimate remote composing system.
Big bug that seemingly never will get fixed. The Shift key gets randomly stuck down when using a keyboard on iPadOS. Has been happening for months right now.
I’ve been using Splashtop for my company for several years. It’s solid and reliable. They seem to understand that business managers want to focus on their businesses not on trying to understand multi-featured software utilities.
So very pleased I tried Splashtop. Never had one issue or problem with this. Excellent app, I highly recommended it. Thanks.
Does exactly what it says on the tin - Brilliant for when I am working away and can access my desktop with all my native software on.
Using the latest version of Windows and an NVIDIA RTX 2070 again up-to-date, Splashtop simply won’t consistently let me control this PC. If I try to switch screens it switches the screen being controlled but not that being displayed. If I turn on view all screens the cursor is not aligned with where I point it using the trackpad function, making it impossible to control anything. It’s a real shame, but currently this just isn’t fit for purpose.
Now into third year faultless operation ,easy updates love it and sensibly priced a bargain Mark C
After leaving ‘logmein’ when the pricing got to an insane level, splashtop has been all I’d ask for on a remote access tool. Thank you.
Better than teamviewer but should have drag drop
Switched to this after team viewer whacked their price up. Only extra I would like to see is landscape mode forced like YouTube does if you wish.
