Impossible de s’inscrire pour une demande trop de bug dans l’appli

L’application ne fonctionne pas , quand je l’ouvre en grand s’affiche une message et rien ne se passe

- Impossible de contacter Spotahome !! - Impossible de savoir si la réservation est rejetée… comment nous rembourse t- il : « HÔTEL OU L’ARGENT VERSÉ » ???? Qu’est qu’on en a faire d’aller à l’hôtel au lieu de nous REMBOURSER ! - Aucun contrat à signer alors qu’il a de l’argent de « réservation » en jeux ! Un site pas sur du tout ! J’ai jamais vu ça ! Profitez de la jeunesse pour se faire un max de pognon !

I booked a property through their platform, and they outright stole nearly 500 euros from me for a reservation I never used. To make matters worse, they charged a 200-euro commission, meaning I lost almost 700 euros in total. It’s been over two months, and their so-called “customer service” is a complete joke. They never replied to my messages, made zero effort to resolve the issue, and completely ignored my refund request. They didn’t even bother to contact the other party involved in the booking. This is blatant theft and an outrageous abuse of their customers. Spotahome has proven to be an unethical and unreliable company that preys on its users. If you’re thinking about using this platform, don’t. Save yourself the frustration, the wasted time, and most importantly, your money. I am considering legal action against this company for what they’ve done. Spotahome doesn’t deserve anyone’s trust. Stay away from this scam of a platform!
