Ever since there was a change in management it has been so much harder to get in contact with people in chat, instead of taking 1-3 business days to respond they now respond within months at a time.

I have the BEST PNP. I have found her to be more knowledgeable than any other provider I’ve ever had! She is also on point with responding and making sure I have my med refills when they are needed. If you are looking for a psychiatrist then look no further. Amen

Today I reached out to big tree because I have a horrible sinus infection. I didn’t expect anyone that could help today, considering the holiday, but sure enough, someone promptly answered me & got my helped & I have an appointment come Monday, thankfully. But honestly, every person I have spoke to through big tree is always helpful & friendly & I'm very grateful for this healthcare option, thank you!

I was very mislead by the sales team. Spruce requires every staff member to use their *personal* cell phones and have notifications and calls at all hours on their time off. I went with spruce to have a web based service. spruce does not work through an app only service or a web based or desktop version. Horrible experience and very mislead from sales.
