Working with this app has been nothing but a huge headache. I’m supposed to see Tara, an APRN, and she was nasty and cruel. I’ve had the hardest time connecting with her. I finally connected with her today at 10:45am. She was several minutes late. When she finally did arrive, I was getting my hair washed by my hairdresser. She literally said “We can’t meet the,” and HUNG UP ON ME. She didn’t even give me a chance to tell her I would be walking out of the salon to have our conversation. She was nasty, cruel and unkind. 0/10. Would not recommend.

I’ve never had an issue using this app. I’m able to quickly communicate with my doctors. And there is zero problems with the video chat. Thank you Spruce for connecting me to my doctors via telehealth!

Can’t say enough good about Dr Brent Reeves. He is absolutely the best Dr I have ever known. He has taken great care of me, but when my husband had COPD, he navigated the process with us with great care and respect, allowing my husbands integrity to remain until the last day. My husband thought the world of him as do I as well. My husband trusted him completely, Dr Reeves truly cares about his patients well being and health and always goes the extra mile. He always took time to listen to our concerns and then addressed each one. He truly is one of a kind. We are so Blessed to have him as our Doctor.

Dr. Barnes is readily available through Spruce and is diligent on responding as quickly as he can. His interest and care for his patients is apparent and a breath of fresh air!

I bet Spruce is really good because others have given it of five star reviews. But for me, it has been difficult and I am not loving it. There is significant lack of support with set up. It took me several weeks to get anybody to have a actual conversation with me to answer my question of if it would even work with my practice set up. Whenever I would ask a question they would text back with a link to several pages I would have to read through to find the answer. I would attempt to figure it out and if it wouldn’t work, I would ask the question a different way and get the same text link back. I spent numerous hours trying to get it set up. Currently it is functioning OK but probably not optimized so a lot of the functions are a hassle. I bet if they had somebody who was available to walk me through the set up process it would be functioning smoothly by now, but don’t have time to continue reading and finding things out by trial and error. So far it has been a bust.

I’ve been a patient in multiple suboxone clinics and programs and this one is by far the best. Friendly non judgmental doctors insightful therapists this is the first time I’ve been able to make progress with my recovery without feeling demeaned or having to suffer through trite advice that falls flat. They are also on top of all problems and delays with insurance and pharmacies so you’re not in a constant state of anxiety wondering if your medication will be there or not. It’s run by people who are also in recovery who know the fear of withdrawal. It’s saving my life every day. Stability for recovering addicts is precious and precarious and spruce has nailed it.
