Great app
This app helped me very much it’s easy to use.
Recent update is a down grade.
Still love the convenience of this app and have always thought of this as a “5⭐️” thing but very recently they’ve changed things and now I can’t simply message my clients. Now I have to “copy” the number, put it into a new text message on my phone, change the copied number cause the phone prefers a “61” (or whatever continent are code required) format, then save all my clients by name so I don’t have to keep doing this. It’s incredibly time wasting and annoying. Please change this back to the way it was where you just click on the clients number in their profile and it’s straight to texting them.
Game Changer
Have been using square for a long time on my mostly mobile business. When I recently decided to take bookings for a fixed location I decided to set up appointments. The ease in which people can now book in has seen an increase in revenue. The app has lost a star due to not supporting the card surcharge like the standard square app. So I do not charge from the appointments app which leaves appointments not officially closed out. Hopefully this little change could be made very soon.

Barely usable!
I got this so I can have an online appointment system for my mobile dog grooming instead of carrying around a big book. So far it’s given me nothing but trouble. It won’t allow me to fully set up payments because of my ABN. Refusing to associate with my type of business. And then won’t let me check out an appointment if it’s the day after. And it won’t let me change the colours of the services. THEYRE ALL BLUE!?!?!? And it says I can “easily” set up discounts, well easy my bum I can’t figure out how to do it and I’m a techie Gen Z. I have to create an item to create a discount, okay fair… oh but wait it adds more to the sale amount instead of being a discount item. Sure yeah alright. What the hell square!?
