Acuity Scheduling

I can’t log into the app or use it since I updated. Very frustrating.

Since Square took over Acuity each update has made the mobile phone app harder to use! Acuity used to be easy to set up and easy to use. There used to be lots of flexibility around changing appointment fees to offer patients a reduced rate whilst the patient was in my rooms - so easy to do off the mobile phone app … now it’s more complex, more screens to swipe through and more difficult to use. Customer service keep making excuses and not listening or trying to understand their customers experience.

Unfortunately it only allows me to checkout all bookings by pressing “cash” and I have to manually go into square app to checkout using card there because I’m outside the “US”. Would love to be able to checkout via the acuity app or at least have a button that lets me say customer paid card. Overall, it’s still very helpful and has great features within the app.

Ability to cancel classes on the app is needed. Also, an option to charge the transaction fee for services like PayPal without having to adjust the class price to include the fee.

It’s great but I have an issue with appointments booked and the appointment time not coming up as busy on my schedule.

It’s so much easier than other apps. It’s easy for clients to see all their appointments and what they have paid. Easy to schedule appointments too. I love it. If it’s possible may I make two suggestions please. 1. Be able to schedule an over night or week long class, so it shows in the calendar as one appointment. Currently you have to schedule it for just the individual days and then work out a day rate. And clients get reminders for each day. 2. When opening a clients info it opens as a page rather than the pop out on the right. So when you reschedule a bunch of appointments it goes back to that client, rather than having to search that client again.

It’s frustrating not to have the weekly view ! I stil write down on manual calendar to have a better view of my week but would love to be able to do that on Acuity. Timely is definitely better when it’s comes to the app view ! Any chance you guys work on it? Thanks, Cecilia

After using them now for over 8 mths. Don’t except any support at all. Something is glitched and now I can’t get hold of anyone. Left 6 emails. I find it interesting you can’t actually get help. Whilst I lose customer. They take your money but there is absolutely no support. Thanks for nothing

I’ve used their service before squarespace and was so much more efficient, I loved that you could actually talk to someone and use it. I will move services soon. App crashes all the time. Their answer is go on the website version 😂

Sadly recent update has made it unable to change days. Would love it to be fixed
