Bad for noobs
I’d love this app if it set up exercises for you , and auto adjusted the hard ness. Like if it would have a training program . But I don’t get much use for it as it is

Works well for both beginners and more trained. The ability to create your own CO2 and O2 tables is great.
Clean and easy to use. Would really like to see a wiki-type help section describing the advantages of the different techniques.
Really good if you're looking for an app with O2 tables, CO2 tables, relaxing breathing, and more. Im A beginner free-diver so this app really helps me with holding my breath and relaxing. Has a really easy and nice looking interface. The app also makes sounds, like bleeps or somebody telling you when to hold your breath and when to exhale etc. so you don’t need to be looking at your phone all the time. 5 stars!
Was capable of 4:01 minutes after one session. Previous record was around 3 minutes. Helps building your tolerance in an effective and structured manner.
revolutionary freediving app, great for the static and dynamic apnea, highly recommended!
Can’t get the other three training modules. Only o2 and co2...
Easy timer with good intervals adapted to suit you max for progression. Merly a beginner yet so cant comment on progression speed versus other modalities. Great for my use; more time without breathing - use for freediving.
loving the app, super easy to use :)
I think the app is cool, and I will be using it for the next weeks to test it out! I'm trying to reach my goal at 50m under water, but it's scary to practice alone in a pool. A feature I would like is if you could compare yourself to others that use the app. Maybe a chat aswell so we can share freediving goals, process and tricks. :)
