…funktioniert. Biometrics hat in der ersten Version auch schon nicht gut, aber wenigstens irgendwie funktioniert. Jetzt gar nicht mehr.
Katastrophe
Eine der schlechtesten Apps überhaupt. Registrierung für Biometrics funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Weder kann das Gesicht gescannt werden, noch der Reisepass fotografiert werden. Nur Fehlermeldungen bzw. schwarzes Display. Traurig für die Star Alliance
Biometrische Erkennung noch nie funktioniert
Die App ist nutzlos, wenn man die biometrische Erfassung nicht darüber machen kann. Man wird aufgefordert ein Bild von sich zu machen, aber dann erscheint nur ein schwarzer Bildschirm! Kamera ist freigeschaltet! Die biometrische Erkennung am Airport hat noch NIE funktioniert!
Funktioniert nicht
Die alte APP hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Bei der Neuen kommt immer die Meldung dass das Bild vom Reisepass nicht zu meinen Bild passt.
Nicht zu gebrauchen!
Ich möchte es nur einmal erleben! Das die App funktioniert.
Bitte noch mal neu entwickeln!
Alles was in Verbindung mit der Auswahl einer Fluggesellschaft steht funktioniert nicht! Die Auswahlmenüs bleiben schlicht weg leer. So als App zum Thema Fliegen leider völlig nutzlos.
Biometrisches Profil lässt sich nicht anlegen
Man soll bevorzugte Airline auswählen, aber es wird nichts angeboten und weiter geht es dann auch nicht :-(
