Biometric Profile
Totally impossible to create a biometric profile with a brand new Swedish passport. The scanner doesn’t recognize the document.
Need improvements
No lounges at 5 airport searches for test. Couldn't find flights between two destinations but the airlines homepages could....
Use any other airline app instead
Made for iPhone 4, with a tragic user interface. Most information requires an Internet connection, and even when you're connected, it's sometimes wildly incorrect. No lounges at ARN? Really?
Fails to connect to internet
Nice looking but that's all, fails to connect if it do, it is slow with incorrect information. You must rework this app or remove it!
Here my suggestions:
This app is very nice for who, like me, is traveling only with star alliance members. I think you should improve it with flights prices, before you had another app for this (not anymore) and opening hours on lounge locator... Or some more information about lounges. If so, I would give 5 stars to this app :-)

Well...
Nice looking, but it fails to connect to internet which makes it rather useless!
Garnichts…
…funktioniert. Biometrics hat in der ersten Version auch schon nicht gut, aber wenigstens irgendwie funktioniert. Jetzt gar nicht mehr.
