Terrible - don't waste your data
The app does not work. It only allows you to connect to the Lufthansa app and even then, it connects you to the app store and not the app itself. It's shockingly bad

The app keeps sending me to Lufthansa or miles and more app for authentication and doesn’t process forward

Downloaded two. Inures ago. Airport lookup doesn’t work. Search doesn’t resolve. Skyscanner do it better…
Impossible to log in
When trying to create a biometric profile, the app just takes me to the App Store page for the Lufthansa app even though I already have that app downloaded and am logged in.
Great idea but fails to scan passport
The idea To use biometrics to speed up baggage label printing and check-in is awesome. The implementation in the App to create a profile is appalling. Like many people on the forums, it fails to read my passport and registration stops. Would suggest the developers fix the app. (This is October 2022 for reference against app version 2.5)
Won’t scan passport
I tried to scan my passport about 20 times… Don’t think it was reading the chip in the password:-( Still not registered, wast of time…
Useless
Absolutely useless just sends you round in a mess trying to register over and over again
So basic a pencil would be better
Hopeless
