Dear Lufthansa Customer Service, I am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the travel experience my family and I endured on our recent journey with Lufthansa. My mother, uncle (both elderly), and I were traveling from Tirana to Baku with a transit in Frankfurt, and the entire experience was both stressful and deeply disappointing. 1. *Flight Delay and Inadequate Ground Services:* Our flight from Tirana to Frankfurt (LH1425), scheduled for 15:40, was delayed by an hour and a half. During this time, we were left standing at the gate in the open air for approximately 30 minutes while waiting for a bus. As a result, we were exposed to the cold and caught colds. This is completely unacceptable, especially for elderly passengers who require greater consideration. 2. *Onboard Service Deficiency:* After this long delay and inconvenience, the onboard service was shockingly insufficient. We were offered nothing but water during the flight. For a delay of this length and the added discomfort caused, this level of service is entirely inadequate. 3. *Missed Connecting Flight and Lack of Support in Frankfurt:* Due to the delay of LH1425, we missed our connecting flight from Frankfurt to Baku (LH612). Upon arrival at Frankfurt Airport, Lufthansa representatives rebooked our tickets for the next day (flight LH612 at 18:40) and provided us with meal vouchers. However, every restaurant was closed, rendering the vouchers useless. This left us hungry and thirsty from 3 PM onward. 4. *Prolonged Layover Without Accommodation:* We were forced to wait over 20 hours for the next flight, most of it during the night. Despite being tired from an already long trip, we were not offered any accommodation or even basic refreshments. For elderly passengers especially, this lack of care and consideration is unacceptable and deeply disappointing. 5. *Overall Stress and Disruption:* This entire ordeal has caused significant physical and emotional stress for my family and me. We should have been back in our country as planned, but instead, we were subjected to a frustrating, exhausting, and poorly managed travel experience. This level of service is far below the standard we expected from Lufthansa. While delays and unforeseen circumstances can occur, the lack of proper support, communication, and care for passengers is inexcusable. Uygulamaya girip rezervasyon eklemeye çalıştığımızda ya da pek çok işlem sırasında veri indirme başarısız hatası alıyorum. Uygulamayı tekrar yükledim internet ayarlarımı kontrol ettim uygulama hataları devam ediyor hataların giderilmesi için kontrol ve güncelleme gerekiyor dikkate alırsanız sevinirim. En: I'm getting a data download failed error when trying to add a reservation or during many other operations in the app. I've reinstalled the app and checked my internet settings, but the app errors persist. It seems like there's a need for troubleshooting and updates to fix these errors. I would appreciate it if you could take this into consideration.

Search not working.

So many issues, app won’t log in with the username and password, you can’t manage you booked flights need to manually add them. Delay on first leg flight made an alarm on the app saying (mis connection seek other ways for travel??) You make it to the flight on the second part, app still says misconnection… where you suddenly find yourself on the airport with the chatbot only when needed actual support. Chat bot is very entry level as well. All in all I still cannot understand how that Lufthansa still manages to operate as looking to this basic app they got things very wrong.

The app itself is slow and not user friendly.

It’s very hard to use, it’s not ergonomic
