These are best workout apps I have found - easy to create new workouts, set for time or reps, and demo videos are well done ... Hope more dumbbell exercises added soon. Would also be good to be able to synch between ipad and iphone. I also recommend checking out some of the other workout apps by same developers especially the QuickStart app - choose available equipment and generate quick workouts
