The workout plan is split into 4 levels. Each level has a specific goal for jogging duration:

* Level 1 goal is 20 minutes.
* Level 2 goal is 30 minutes.
* Level 3 goal is 40 minutes.
* Level 4 goal is 60 minutes of running.

Each level has a 4-weeks duration, and 3 workouts per week.

This app is really good because it tracks your progress and provides training where your body releases a burst of energy. After a minute of two of running it tells you to walk. However, the workouts could be shorter as they begin with a 20 minute session that include 8 minutes of running. It progresses and gets longer every workout. For example, by the fifth day the session was 30 minutes. It would be a lot more convenient if the workout were shorter but with more running time. For example, the sessions begin with 5 and end with 5 minutes. If the these intervals could be shortened it would save a lot of time for other workouts. It should also tell you what day your on and let you see how many minutes you ran the previous or will run the next without resetting it. If the app incorporated a few stretches at the end that would decrease future muscle pain.
