Designed exclusively for stock plan participants with share plans serviced by Morgan Stanley, the Morgan Stanley at Work app brings many features and key functionality of the desktop platform to your iOS devices. The app enables you to view your stock plan account balance and activity, check your award vesting schedules, sell your shares and exercise options
Interactive data visualizations give you important account information at a glance. The Morgan Stanley at Work app will apply to your existing account preferences and settings and provide you with a curated view of your stock plan portfolio. With the Morgan Stanley at Work app for iOS, you can:

• Log in to your stock plan account using Face ID or Touch ID
• Get visualizations of your assets, including positions, balances and transaction history
• View, accept, or decline grant agreements and documents
• Sell shares and exercise options
• Certify your Form W-9 or Form W-8BEN

To access this app, you must be a stock plan participant with a share plan serviced by Morgan Stanley and have previously registered on atwork.morganstanley.com. Does not allow login and ask for app update even after fresh installation

Login error

Even though i have downloaded latest version of stockplan app its still throwing error saying “sorry but your version of stocplan connect mobile is out of date. Please download latest version of app.

Unable to login

Error message: please download the latest version of your app. Though I have downloaded and updated the app in app store, getting the above issue.

Mobile app not working

Even after downloading the latest app, still getting the error : “Sorry your version of stock plan connect mobile is out of date. Please download the latest version of of your app.

Not able to use

Since long time I am not able to use the app when I do login it says nothing to show in your dashboard and portfolio loading always While everything fine on web.

Unable to use app

Hi, unable to use this app since it’s giving message that login through desktop, laptop or tab and update your contact details, but even after updating contact details still showing the same message. Contacted to Morgan Stanley and they said it’s known worldwide issue. So wanted to understand what is the timeline to fix this issue …we are frustrated because of this ..

Add iphone widget !!

Basic feature for any stock app is to track the portfolio and net worth. It’s very essentials to have widgets. Using yahoo portfolio to track these stocks are tiresome. My company provides alternate broker, I am going to flip just because unavailability of this basic feature !! Learn to truly connect, team !!
