Application does not open on iPhone 11 with ios14.2 stable version. Reinstalling the app has also not helped. Plz fix the issues asap.

The CitiManager App for Citi Commercial Cards enables you to use your iPhone or iPad to access key account data on the go for your corporate card. Within the app you can view your statement information, balances, available credit, and more. Enhanced security measures include biometric authentication and one-time password (OTP) for login where available. In order to provide users with the quickest and most convenient experience possible, the CitiManager App provides all the basic features for corporate cardholders. Specifically, all cardholders can:
• View account summaries
• View previous account statements
• View current accounts
• View recent transactions
• View payment history
• Receive Push notifications from CitiManager
Additionally, certain functionalities are available to cardholders in select markets:
• View PIN
• Activate new cards
• Pay their bills
• Post and view comments
• View Ancillary Service charge details for passenger transport booked using a Citi corporate card
• View supplier and invoice detail for select Citi corporate card programs

App is asking to update but it’s not available for download
Getting error.
When I tried to login, I’m getting error. Try to fix the bug and release another version.
Unable to submit login credentials
Once the login page goes out of focus (app goes into background) and then resumes, IME keyboard does not open upon textbox selection. Please resolve the bug.
CitiManager is trash
Really frustrated with this company. Never understood why the US Gov went with them to handle all accounts pertaining to travel. Just trying to setup an online acct and system won’t verify me. Called customer service and entered my card number 3xs, got transferred twice and still unable to access my account online. This company is a joke.
App Says My iPhone is Jailbroken
After updating to the latest iOS version on my iPhone 15 Pro I keep getting a message when I open the CitiManager app that says my phone is jailbroken and the app force closes. I know my iPhone is not jailbroken and confirmed this by checking my device. Others have experienced this issue and say the app developers need to update their app. HELP please!
Terrible customer service times
There is no reason I should be on hold for over an hour. It’s not even a one time thing if you call expect to be waiting at least 45 minutes.
