The site and app are awful to use. Very confusing and hard to operate with.

Много ниско качество. Тази вечер се опитвам с една моя приятелка да поръчвам две дънки като на едно момиче и една блуза. Когато гледам има размер а като го добавя в кошницата е изчерпано. Направо много се изнервих. Моля ви са оправете проблема.

You don’t have chat, and no option to return the goods elsewhere but the shops and they are closed due to the COVID-19
Broken features
The app is super broken and I can not even do a proper filtering by colour. It is annoying how u have to scroll way too much to find something.
Where is your email or phone number for clients ???
There is no customer service email or phone number. It’s very difficult to orient in this app for return or exchange products. Not normal for a big brand like you. I will never use it again.

There is no customer service email or phone number!! I am very mad because I made an mistake in my order by placing a wrong number and pay for the clothes but can not recieve my order because of it.I can not contact with you or change the delivery information. Very bad app. I will never use it again.
Bug when ordering
I have 4 items for 30 euros in total but the amount is triple when I proceed with payment. Very frustrating.
