beli sepatu yang datang beda ukuran. pas dibalikin, uang refundnya lama kali diproses. hampir setengah bulan gak balik balik. udah laporan melalui email, tapi responnya lama. kalau bisa customer service nga gak cuman di email tapi cantumin nomor yang bisa dihubungin. gak lagi beli di app
Aplikasi sampah
Ngambil di offline stroke kota kasablanka. Sumpah! Mbak2nya sampah abis. Gue beli kaya ngemis! Diajak ngomong main balik badan aja. Beli baku baru kek beli barang bekas dari pasar uler. Pas ditanya, kenapa kok kotor barangnya, dia jawab, "NAMANYA JUGA BARANG DISKONAN. YA KAYA GINI KALO DISKONAN". Gila gue ngga puas abis sama aplikasi ini sumpah. Aplikasi belanja online paling buruk!
Pengembalian barang/dana
Kak tolong dong untuk respon email agak cepat dan membantu karna urgen dan barang sudah di pick up beberapa hari tapi belum juga ada kabar mengenai pengembalian dana juga gk tau harus diadukan kmna krna email aja lama respon, untuk memasukan rekening juga gk bisa di coba berkali2 juga gk ada pilihan untuk mencantumkan rekening pengembalian

Приложении постоянно просить по-новому входить в учетную запись. Я 2 дня ждала черную пятницу, и когда я зашла в приложении в момент Х я просто не смогла зайти в приложение… Вход был по эпл айди, в итоге ни снова зарегистрироваться нельзя, ни по эпл айди войти снова. Ужасно.

Walaupun pembaruan aplikasi terus gak bikin baik kalo ga ada pemberitahuan barang yang sudah dipesan hilang entah kemana
Pengembalian dana ditahan prosesnya sangat lambat
Sedih banget udah 2 minggu dana gua enggak dibalikin, perkara saya cancel karna 5 hari tidak dikirim kirim barangnya, ternyata barangnya habis dicatalog gak diinfoin🥲setelah saya cancel saya ajuin pengembalian dana, sudah 2 minggu dana saya ditahan dan belum dikembalikan, sebenarnya aplikasi ini penipu apa asli yah, baru kali ini saya diperlakukan seperti ini!!! Biasanya store lain pasti gerak cepat, ini seolah olah mereka menahan dana, mempersulit proses pengembalian dana, mungkin bagi mereka dana segitu gak seberapa, bagi saya sangat berharga, tolong tingkatkan lagi aplikasi nya dan saya harap pengembalian dana saya hari ini dikembalikan, saya enggak ikhlas lahir batin kalau tidak dikembaliin.
Purchase di cancel tapi tidak di refund
Saya order 2 baju. Sudah nelakukan transaksi, dapat email transaksi berhasil tapi selang beberapa menit transaksi di cancel, dan saya tidak mendapatkan refund sampai sekarang. Tolong stradivarius kejelasannya, bagaimana uang saya bisa kembali. Jangan ada yang pesen online deh, jelek banget ini app 👎🏻.
